Return and Exchange Period

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

After this period has expired, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange request.

Return Conditions

To accept a return request, the product must be:

Unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of purchase or a purchase receipt is required.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will contact you to inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and will be transferred to the original payment method.

For cash-on-delivery payments, you must provide us with your bank account details within 7 days from the date of the refund request.

Have Not Received Your Refund Yet?

First, please check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

You may also contact your bank to confirm the processing status.

If the issue is still not resolved after these steps, please contact us directly.

Return Fees

Shipping and return fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

If a return request is made while the order is still in transit, we will contact the shipping company to check whether the return is possible. Any operational fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If the shipping company refuses the return, we will not be able to cancel the order.
