Our business days are from Sunday to Thursday.
Friday and Saturday are official days off.
Any order received after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times

Delivery Within Oman
We deliver to all areas across the Sultanate of Oman.
In some cases, delivery may be arranged through the nearest branch, and the order should be collected within 3 business days.
For remote areas, delivery may be handled by a third party, and additional fees may apply.
Free Delivery
Free delivery offers may be activated for limited periods on most products.
Products excluded from the offer will not display the “Free Delivery” label on the product page.
If an excluded product is added to the cart along with free delivery products, shipping fees will appear automatically at checkout.
Identity Verification

If verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
Delivery Outside the Sultanate of Oman
